Welcome to SKULLFIT. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, sweat stains, odor, or misuse.
Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible unless damaged or defective.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
a damaged item,
a defective product, or
the wrong product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number,
clear photos/videos of the issue, and
the packaging images.
Once verified, SKULLFIT will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Our support team will respond with return instructions.
Please do not ship products back without approval from our support team.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:
Bank transfer, or
UPI transfer.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, SKULLFIT will bear the return shipping cost.
For customer-initiated returns (size issue, change of mind, etc.), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
Exchange Policy
We may offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
