Welcome to the Skullfit family! We are committed to delivering your favorite fitness gear and accessories quickly, safely, and efficiently. To provide you with the best-in-class logistics experience, we have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s leading automated shipping solutions.

Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping timelines, tracking processes, and delivery terms.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach your doorstep within 4 to 5 business days.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries to remote or rural pin codes may occasionally take a day or two longer depending on local regional connectivity.

📍 Delivery Network & Service Areas

Through Shiprocket, we tap into a premium network of top national courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and FedEx) to deliver seamlessly across thousands of pin codes throughout India.

  • Metros & Tier-1 Cities: Usually delivered on the shorter side of our timeline (within 4 days).

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Delivered comfortably within 4-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.

📦 Order Tracking

Transparency is key. The moment your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic confirmation via Email and/or WhatsApp SMS containing:

  1. The name of the courier partner assigned to your order.

  2. Your unique Awb / Tracking Number.

  3. A live tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy seamless checkout with our regular/promotional Free Shipping options across India (unless specified otherwise at checkout for specific low-weight items).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available at your pin code, a nominal handling fee may be added during checkout to cover courier collection charges.

⚠️ Important Things to Note

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the parcel to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number is accurate and reachable.

  • Address Alterations: Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot alter the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping coordinates before final payment.

  • Damaged Shipments: We wrap our products in secure packaging. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our customer support team with pictures of the package.
